I'm a little interested, just out of curiosity, how would you define the difference between a BBW and an SSBBW?

Yes, I'm also interested.
I know that many men really enjoy heavier women, but when you say BBW, bigt and beautiful, someone once pointed out that every big women isn't necessarily beautiful. Smile.
I've seen some that are really pretty.
But, some are not so well kept.
That is in the eye of the beholder I guess however. Smile.
I personally don't mind some weight, but I prefer women that at least try to keep themselves reasonable.

Pasted from http://bbwdatingadvice.com/define-bbw-ssbbw/
Plump[er] – The terms chubby, plump and plumper are pretty much synonymous. The difference being, plumper is more of a term used in porn. A woman who is plump may also be referred to as chunky or chubby. These woman are the same ones you would find in Torrid and Lane Bryant catalogues. Examples may include: Mia Tyler & Chloe Marshall.

BBW (Big Beautiful Woman) – The term BBW was created by Carole Shaw in 1979, via her BBW Magazine. This term is often used to categorize plus sized ladies, in general. BBW is used as a term of endearment, a term of empowerment, and just like plump…is another term used in spoogie movies. In this man’s opinion, I think the physique of a BBW is simply what is beyond plump. More heavy in the hips, pronounced belly, boobs and booty. Chubby girls don’t really count as a BBW to many people. Examples of proper, famous BBW include: Melissa McCarthy & Rebel Wilson .

SSBBW (SuperSize Big Beautiful Woman) – Oh, yes! Super Sized BBW are a rare breed, often developing a following of admirers, if said SSBBW is on pretty much any social network. There is an ongoing debate between admirers about what exactly constitutes an SSBBW. These debates can actually get pretty heated, and I’ve seen some develop into arguments that nearly came to blows! Some say that anything over 350 pounds [158.75 kilograms], some say lower. I think it has to do with weight distribution. For instance, if a woman weighs 270 lbs [122.47 kg] and flaunts a 90″ [228.6 cm] behind, she may be considered an SSBBW based on her rear, alone. Examples of SSBBW are; Patty Perez a.k.a. Goddess Patty & Candy Godiva.

And does the poster of this topic agree with that assessment?

It's not weird. Google Fattitude, academics in the softy wish-they-were-sciences are all doing it now.
Google Fattitude, it's a thing.
Someone's getting huge government payouts for this shit. I'll bet there's more grant money thrown at that than there is a lot of other issues.

Big difference between the average people that don't look like a stick or something crackbaby outa Hollywood, and your Fattitude fat acceptance crowd.
